Vasa Fitness Membership Cost

Vasa Fitness has three different membership plans with different prices.

Membership TypeStudio MembershipFitness MembershipBasic Membership
Cost$39.99/month$21.99/month$9.99/month
Enrollment Fee$49.99$49.99$99
Rate Guarantee Fee$49.99$49.99$49.99

There are some additional fees and add-ons that you may incur on top of the basic fees. For instance, some gyms offer childcare that may be additional costs.

There are also fees associated with changing memberships, such as changing a membership from Studio to Fitness. We will go over these fees more in-depth later in this article.

What’s the difference between each membership?

  • The Studio Plan is the highest-level membership. It gives you access to every Vasa location and every amenity offered at your gym. Specifically, you gain access to Studio and Team Classes. Certain amenities, like KidCare, may have additional costs.
  • The Fitness Plan gives you access to every amenity available at your location except for the Studio and Team Classes. Again, certain amenities may have additional costs added on.
  • The Basic Plan gives you access to the cardio machines, free weights, the lifting area, strength training machines, and the turf areas.

Vasa Family Plan

Currently, Vasa does not advertise a family plan option. However, Vasa Fitness does offer guest privileges. Guest privileges can be purchased for $15.99 a month.

If you have the guest privileges add-on, you can bring up to two guests with you during any visit.

Keep your eyes open in case Vasa begins offering a family plan. They frequently run different specials and are a gym that is quickly growing.

Is There a Cancellation Fee for Vasa Fitness?

Yes, there are cancellation fees if you decide to cancel your Vasa Fitness membership, but only under specific circumstances.

Vasa’s cancellation policy states that members must give 30 days’ notice for cancelling their membership. They must pay anything that is owed through the cancellation period and any payments that are set to draft in the following 30 days.

If you cancel within the first 6 months of any plan, you must also pay an additional $25 cancellation fee.

If you decide you don’t want to cancel your membership, you can instead pause it. To pause your membership, you must pay a $10 fee and the freeze can last up to 90 days.

Is Vasa Hard to Cancel?

With the additional fees to cancel memberships, Vasa certainly tries to prevent people from cancelling. Still, cancelling your Vasa membership is fairly simple and can be done through the membership log in page or through the app.

Vasa provides instructions on how to cancel your membership plan.

In order to cancel your membership, you will need the barcode on your key tag, your date of birth, and your zip code.

If you have problems cancelling your Vasa Fitness membership, you can reach out to the Vasa support team by clicking the “Help” icon location.
