Make Your Own Gluten-Free Stuffing

Use day-old gluten-free bread for this recipe and toast it before you start making the stuffing to get a texture that isn’t mushy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of gluten-free bread, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Bake, covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 more minutes until the top of your stuffing is toasted.
  • Cool and eat!
